How does personalization work?
On the product page, you select your options (e.g., name, date, design) and enter the desired details in the personalization field. You can review everything carefully before purchasing.

Can I change my information later?
As long as your order hasn't yet gone into production, we can usually still make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page and provide your order number.
How long does production and delivery take
Our products are made to order. You can find the exact production time on the respective product page. After that, it goes directly to shipping.
If you have a fixed date (e.g., wedding), please include it – we'll let you know immediately if it works.
Can I get an express solution?
Depending on order volume, express delivery is often possible. Before ordering, please send us a quick message with your desired delivery date – then we'll find the best solution.
What data do you need for personalized license plates
Typically: names, date, and optionally a quote (depending on the design). If you have a specific layout in mind, feel free to send us an example – we'll check what's possible.
Are the license plates "real" or just for decoration?
Our personalized license plates are intended for decorative purposes (e.g., wedding car, photo booth, gift). They are not official license plates.
I'm ordering "blank license plates" – what are they for?
Blank license plates are perfect for DIY projects: for personalizing, as parking/decorative signs, for bachelor/bachelorette parties, photo booths, or creative wedding signs. Many also use them as keepsakes – for example, with signatures or as a small collage.
How do the socks fit – and are they a good gift?
Our bride and groom socks are a super popular gift for the bride and groom – or as a surprise on the wedding day. You can find the size information directly on the product page. If you're between sizes, it's best to choose the larger one.
How does a canvas guestbook work?
Guests sign the canvas directly – creating a unique keepsake for your home. Depending on the design, the canvas is pre-painted to ensure signatures and short messages look their best.

Can I order a custom-made product?
Yes! Especially with canvases, special requests are often possible (e.g., a different theme, different text, individual design). Just write to us with your idea – ideally including the occasion, desired text, and date.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Personalized products are made individually for you and are therefore generally non-returnable. If you discover a mistake, please contact us immediately – we will find a solution.
The usual cancellation conditions apply to non-personalized items.
What do I do if something arrives damaged
This should not happen, of course. Please send us a message with a photo of the packaging and the item within 48 hours of delivery – then we will quickly arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.
